Kindred Spectres- Call out for Volunteers

The artist Miriam Austin is looking for volunteers to help develop a series of sculptures and a video work over the coming months that will be exhibitied in London and Italy in early 2025. Developing the sculptures will involve working with body casts, addition cure silicone, jesmonite, wax, minerals, pigments and seasonal plants. The video work will require assisting with making costumes, preparing for and assisting with video shoots, as well as potentially performing within the shoots themselves if desired. Some of the work will involve focussed small scale work with silicone and plant materials, which would suit students who are patient and have an attention to detail.
